Chatsworth House

Attraction | Bakewell | Angleterre | Royaume Uni

I absolutely love Chatsworth a fantastic place to see the art and contents of the house are just wow. Been to the Christmas market and thoroughly enjoyed it. Prices for every pocket food bit expensive we took our own. We took a cheeky hip flask for hot chocolate hehe. It's definitely worth visiting I will go at Christmas again, it made me day very snowy dress warmly.

Great walks around chatsworth and beeley with a lovely coffee from the shop.at chatsworth house. Disabilities: can be difficult to take some of the walking routes around the bumpy tracks without the right equipment. Always tell someone where you are and make sure you have good phone battery just incase. I am unsure of access in and around the house.

OH MY GOODNESS, CHATSWORTH HOUSE IS THE MOST INCREDIBLE, BREATHTAKING, JAW-DROPPING PLACE ON EARTH!!! THE ARCHITECTURE? ABSOLUTELY STUNNING!!! THE GARDENS? PURE MAGIC!!! THE HISTORY? MIND-BLOWING!!! EVERY ROOM, EVERY PAINTING, EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE IS JUST PERFECTION!!! AND DON’T EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE SCULPTURES—THEY ARE WORKS OF ART THAT BELONG IN A DREAM!!! Worth the chats in this house!... The Guides are friendly and will willingly engage in conversation and answer your questions. The house has some fascinating objects inside and outside. As you would expect, there are hidden stories behind objects, room themes, portraits etc - ask the guides - you will find this really worth doing, it's truly a remarkable place. The gardens are out of this world. I cannot wait to explore all of it again. Great fun and great for all the family. There are lifts in the house, and bookable vehicles to help those enjoy the house and gardens with mobility issues. I witnessed the staff being very helpful to a number of people on our visit.
